Cancellation Policy

To reserve your Cork & Conversation experience, a signed booking agreement and a non-refundable 25% retainer are required. Your event date is not secured until both have been received. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. One reschedule may be accommodated with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. The original retainer will be applied to the new date. Guest count and any package selections must be finalized no later than 7 days before your event. Additional guests or changes requested after this time may be accommodated based on availability and may result in additional charges. Cork & Conversation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer, where applicable.
